As Director of DEO GROUP, Siyamthanda is responsible for leading the company's Recruitment, Training, and Operational Development functions. His role is centred on building high-performing teams, developing effective operational systems, and ensuring that the company consistently delivers exceptional service to its clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Siyamthanda oversees the company's recruitment strategy, staff training and development, customer experience management, and quality assurance processes. He is also responsible for designing and maintaining operational procedures, training manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working closely with the leadership team, Siyamthanda contributes to business development initiatives, strengthens client relationships, enhances call centre operations, and drives sales process improvements.
